Can I return an item I bought on sale?
All sale items purchased with a discount will be final sale and are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable/ non-refundable.

During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size are selected prior to checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders delivered to Greece are charged at a flat rate of 5€ which will be shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki. Europe orders are charged at a flat rate of 15€ which will be shipped via UPS. International orders are charged based, on your country and they will be shipped via UPS.
We unfortunately cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We apologise that we are currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Myanmar at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes between 3-5 working days from the time of despatch, with a 1-2 day processing time in our warehouse. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched.
In addition, please be aware that there could be delivery delays from the shipping carriers during the holiday period due to the high volume of parcels, which Yucatan Official has no control over.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we can make changes or cancel it within the next 2 hours of the order has been placed. Please make sure the correct style and size are selected prior to checkout. If once you receive your order and you wish to return it, please reach out to notyourordcustomercare@gmail.com and they will accommodate your request.

How do I return an order?
To return your order, please reach out to notyourordcustomercare@gmail.com. After the return has been accepted by the team, you can ship the order back to the address below with Geniki Taxydromiki or Box Now.

You are responsible for the cost of the return.

Can I get a refund if I don't like my order or if it doesn't fit?
We allow up to 14 days from the date of order delivery to return an order. If you return an item within this time period we allow either an exchange or a refund to take place, please note this excludes sale items. Any refunds will be processed to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 working days to re-appear in your account once your refund has been processed.

Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties?
All orders which are despatched to a customer outside the EU may be liable for additional duties and taxes which will be due at the point of or after delivery.
